Allan Serrano is an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Jeremy Flachs. Mr. Serrano received his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Serrano was a member of the Civil Justice Clinic and served as President of the Latino American Law Student Association. Mr. Serrano also served as an Associate Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. Mr. Serrano interned with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office in Newport News, Virginia and with the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Maryland Attorney General in Baltimore, Maryland.

Since arriving at the Law Offices of Jeremy Flachs, Mr. Serrano has handled both personal injury cases and worker’s compensation cases. Mr. Serrano enjoys his role as an advocate and litigator who ensures that clients are fairly compensated for medical bills, and the pain, suffering, and losses that result from motor vehicle crashes and other traumatic accidents caused by the negligence of others. As an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Jeremy Flachs, his practice focuses on representing accident victims in Fairfax County, Virginia, Arlington County, Virginia and the City of Alexandria.

Prior to law school, Mr. Serrano worked for three years as a compliance specialist advising international companies on compliance with regulations from the FDA, USDA, and other government agencies.

Mr. Serrano is licensed in Virginia and is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Serrano is fluent in Spanish.
