Eric Kessel is an attorney with the Law Offices of Jeremy Flachs.  He is a member of the bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the local bar association of Fairfax County, Virginia.  Mr. Kessel is a 1995 graduate of Tufts University and a 1998 graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law.  Prior to joining the Law Offices of Jeremy Flachs, Mr. Kessel spent nine years with a prominent civil litigation firm in McLean, Virginia where he represented clients on matters including personal injury, medical malpractice, and professional liability defense.  He has published articles on litigation tactics.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Kessel regularly contributes his time to pro bono activities sponsored by the Fairfax Bar Association.  He is also a Motions Conciliator for the Fairfax County Circuit Court.  He has appeared on stage in several community theater productions, and was formerly a director of the Reston Citizens Association.
